Summary Professional Experience and Qualification

More than five years experiences in Project Planning and Controlling (Project Management for Planning/Scheduling and Costing) for Oil and Gas Industry.

Experience gained over the years includes:
· Project control services (coordinate planning/schedulling, cost control services and resource planning).
· Project scheduling with the right of sequences and network; using Primavera or Microsoft Project package.
· Project analysis and forecasting (analysis the project schedule and costing trends)
· Project updates (weekly progress-collection & update, change order variation management, contractor project management)
· Project reporting (issue of internal weekly project status reports and goverment/partner’ external progress report)
· Cost management and control (provide cost control services to project teams to ensure proper project cost management and profitability monitoring using SAP-System Application and Product, Navision, Incontrol and spread sheet).
· Invoice advise reports (verify and approve invoice; advise reports before issuence to finance)
· Familiar with fabrication, construction and Installation for offshore and onshore facilities.
· Familiar with International Codes and Standards.

· Capable to coordinate and manage employees in project team according to company organization and company required.
· Ability to assist and advice Project Manager in Project Control scope (Planning/Scheduling and Costing) for Project Execution.
