Responsibilities:
· Prepare Deliverables List based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
· Prepare project control system format, a Master Schedule which will be used for baseline schedule that defines the order and estimated times in which the significant activities and salient features of the project are planned to be completed.
· Developing master schedule and monitoring progress control.
· Developing progress measurement for each activity in the Master Schedule.
· Identify the critical activities by implement of the critical path method for summary level and detailed level and issue agenda/minutes periodically of the critical project milestones.
· Describe reports for project management and control to include description, progress calculation, area of concern in both format weekly and monthly report.
· Manpower load planning.
· Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
· Preparing project schedule, S-curve and project progress format.
· Updating project schedule, S-curve every week to monitor the status of project progress (i.e. ahead, on or behind the original plan).
· Preparing project weekly report, showing the progress of project activities and the problems occurred in previous week.
· Sending the weekly report subjected to client’s approval and as basis for project invoice.
