Project :
TOTAL TUNU 11 Development project for south and north area (EPSC 3 and EPSC 13),

Responsibilities:
· Prepare Deliverables List based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
· Prepare project control system format, a Master Schedule which will be used for baseline schedule that defines the order and estimated times in which the significant activities and salient features of the project are planned to be completed.
· Develope progress measurement for each activity in the Master Schedule.
· Identify the critical activities by implement of the critical path method for summary level and detailed level and issue agenda/minutes periodically of the critical project milestones.
· Describe reports for project management and control to include description, progress calculation, area of concern in both format weekly and monthly report.
· Manpower load planning.
· Prepare and update project schedule, S-curve and project progress.Prepare project weekly report, showing the progress of project activities and the problems occurred in previous week
