Position: Planning Engineer and Cost Engineer

Project :
Sumatera (SES) Gas Development Project, covering engineering design, study facilities, construction of the 3 jackets and 3 topside, 165 km subsea pipeline, wellhead and production facilities, flare tripod with tower and brige connecting of two platforms, Gas Metering Station at Ciliegon and Pabelokan Onshore Gas Plant facilities.

Project Value: 202,582,362 USD

Responsibilities:
· Prepare Engineering, Procurement & Construction Master Schedule Level I to Level IV.
· Prepare Project Milestone to be used by contractor.
· Monitor progress activities during contract execution and high-lighting availability.
· Coordinate with contractor for material/equipment ETA date and material availability.
· Contribute in project meetings discussing project progress and planning need.
· Participate in project progress review meetings and coordinates with counterpart in concern services.
· Coordinate with respective contract engineer on the day to day running of the contract term of progress, delays and cost associated with the work.
· Identify all required resorces to perform projects and assure procedures are being utilized to acquire the the resources.
· Manpower resource loading for S-curve.
· Ensure that schedule changes are input on a timely basis.
· Determine and report project status and updating of schedule document as required and distribute to management.
· Daily monitoring on Jacket-Topside fabrication, offhore hook up and installation, onshore construction, installation and commissioning.
· Project cost estimation and budgeting.
· Prepare and process of AFE proposal to get approval from BPMIGAS.
· Prepare project reports and presentation for management, corporate partners and BPMIGAS (government).
· Prepare project management procedures (change order procedure, progress measurement procedure, reporting procedure, project payment procedure, etc.)
· Monitor, analyze and make a recommendation for any cost and schedule changing during project execution.
· Involve in provision of project support services.
· Involve in materials and equipment provision, including procurement, importation, formalities and certification.Prepare close-out report of project AFEs for BPMIGAS
