Position: Planning Engineer and Cost Controller

Project :
TOTAL TUNU 11 Development project for south and north area (EPSC 4 and EPSC 14),covering engineering design, procurement, installation and commissioning.

Project Value: 14,000,000 USD for EPSC 4 and 10,000,000 USD for EPSC 14

Responsibilities:

Planning Engineer :
· Prepare progress measurement procedure and reporting procedure.
· Prepare Engineering, Procurement & Construction Master Schedule Level I to Level IV.
· Prepare progress calculation for engineering, procurement and construction.
· Prepare weekly and monthly report.
· Prepare Project Milestone to be used by vendor.
· Contribute in project meetings discussing project progress and planning need.
· Identify all required resorces to perform projects and assure procedures are being utilized to acquire the the resources.
· Manpower resource loading for S-curve.
· Ensure that schedule changes are input on a timely basis.
· Determine and report project status and updating of schedule document as required and distribute to management.

Cost Contror Engineer :
· Prepare invoicing procedure.
· Prepare invoice based on progress achieved.
· Prepare Detail Work Statement and Work Statement for invoicing.
· Monitor, analyze and make a recommendation for any cost changing during project execution.
· Prepare cost report for management and Company.
· Monitor project cost expense, cash flow and payment to vendor.
